Had a great time with friends at this hotel! We loved visiting the nearby shopping mall and exploring the ferry terminal. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Just keep in mind that breakfast options could improve a bit.
We faced a pretty frustrating check-in experience that took way too long, slowing down the start of our vacation.

Budget stay with nice sea views!
The suite I had was spacious and the sea view was pretty nice. when you could see it through the dusty windows. The location is ace for ferry trips to Batam. Loved the poolside snack bar, perfect for a quick bite before heading out. Just wish the cleanliness was better overall. some stains on the furniture were a bit off-putting.
